Black Lion Audio Micro Clock mkII Word Clock A compact external word clock in a shielded 3 x 4 inch chassis
The Micro Clock mkII is a compact external word clock built to give any converter with a 75 ohm BNC word clock input a cleaner timing reference than its internal oscillator. It ships in a rugged 3 x 4 inch chassis chosen for optimum RF shielding, deliberately skipping lights or a frequency display that could add electrical noise near sensitive clocking circuitry.
Six selectable output frequencies cover 44.1 kHz up to 192 kHz at roughly 5 volts peak-to-peak, with jitter around 1 picosecond RMS at the crystal oscillator and just under 10 picoseconds RMS measured at the output. It runs on a 9 volt DC wall adapter that accepts both 120 and 240 volt AC mains.
