Biamp Desono CM20DTS

The Desono CM20DTS is a 2-way, 4.25-inch ceiling loudspeaker built for shallow ceilings: it needs only 3.3 in (84 mm) of mounting depth. A tap switch selects 70V/100V or 16-ohm low-impedance operation, and a tuned bass reflex port extends low-frequency output for a speaker this size.

The grille is thin-edge and magnetically attached for a clean look with no visible screws, and overload protection keeps the driver running through 24/7 background-music or paging duty.
