Audix GS1 Flush-Mount Wall and Ceiling Microphone

The GS1 is a flush-mount wall or ceiling microphone for distance miking in fixed installations - courtrooms, council chambers, classrooms, and houses of worship where a visible mic is undesirable. It carries a fully integrated preamp and an unusually high 38 mV sensitivity, so it picks up talkers well back from the capsule, and it is fully immune to the RF interference cell phones and GSM devices cause.

The capsule sits in a patented cradle that lets it be aimed up to 45 degrees toward the sound source, so it can be tuned to the room after mounting. It terminates in a terminal block connector and installs into a standard single-gang box, and a 2.75 by 4.5 inch mounting plate is included. A clean, discreet solution for permanent distance pickup.
