Audio-Technica AT889cW Headworn Noise-Canceling Microphone

The AT889cW is a noise-cancelling condenser headworn microphone wired for Audio-Technica UniPak body-pack transmitters. Its noise-cancelling design rejects crowd noise, music, and room ambience so a fitness instructor or high-energy presenter comes through clearly over a loud PA. Rugged, moisture-resistant construction is built to shrug off sweat and constant motion during aerobics and similar work.

The headworn frame keeps a consistent mic-to-mouth distance no matter how the wearer moves, and a 55 inch (1.4 m) cable ends in a locking connector that stays seated on the body-pack through vigorous activity. A windscreen and an AT8439 cable clip are included. It is built for demanding hands-free use where an ordinary headworn mic would struggle.
