Ashly FA125.2 Two-Channel Install Amplifier

The FA125.2 is a two-channel Class D install amplifier in a half-rack chassis, made for the places a full-size amp will not go: under a conference table, behind a display, inside a kiosk or on a wall.

Its useful trick is dynamic power sharing. Rather than capping each channel at 125 W, the pair shares up to 250 W between them, so a system with a 180 W load on one channel and 70 W on the other works, and a single driven channel can pull the full 250 W for a subwoofer. Each channel switches between Low-Z at 4 or 8 ohms and Hi-Z at 70 or 100 V, cooling is active and quiet, and mounting hardware covers rack pairs or surface mounting.
