The HD 250 has been specifically designed to meet the exacting demands of camera operators working with high definition and film cameras. Vinten recognizes that HD and film operating techniques can be extremely demanding. Widescreen framing, precise focusing and accurate shot positioning require total camera control. The HD 250 head offers many unique features to assist accurate and repeatable camera movements. Vinten's infinitely adjustable camera balance system enables the full range of lens, matt box, 500ft mags, batteries and viewfinders to be perfectly balanced through 180 degrees of tilt. A digital readout for counterbalance settings enables the operator to accurately adjust for perfect balance after a change of set up. The HD 250 offers the film and HD market all the benefits of the award winning Vision 250 pan and tilt head (including thin film drag), plus the following handy features: Adjustable viewfinder-mounting bracket that maintains the viewfinder in the horizontal plane throughout the 180° tilt range. Convenient front box mounting for essential items such as chalk and tape etc.
